OUR STORY
With a vision to serve the local trucking industry in Wellesley township and fill the void for truck repairs in the area, the idea was created. With some support and encouragement from his wife Marlene, Nick's vision began. After many late nights of planning and securing a location, it was time to plan the work and work the plan which evolved into H&E Heavy Truck Ltd., incorporating his two sons into the name.
Since 2019 H&E Heavy Truck Ltd. has been a family-run small business in Crosshill, ON that continues to grow. We are a licensed full-service shop, performing maintenance and repairs for all makes & models of heavy trucks and trailers. Servicing various industries including, but not limited to Industrial, Agricultural, Municipal and Commercial units, we take pride in our work providing quality repairs and service to our local & surrounding communities.

OUR FOUNDERS
Nick FOunder Nick founded H & E Heavy Truck Ltd. to serve his local community, and provide quality maintenance and repairs to Keep You Moving! Nick has been a Licensed Technician for many years and has worked in a variety of truck repair shops providing a variety of experience and knowledge. Nick also loves to give back to the local community, working closely with the local Volunteer Fire Department as well. |
Marlene Founder Marlene co-founded H & E Heavy Truck Ltd with her husband Nick in 2019. Marlene comes from a background of customer service and caring for others, not to mention, a busy Mom as well. She is a compassionate person who always goes the extra mile with a smile! Marlene is the face of client relations and keeps things light-hearted. Working along-side Renee, Marlene keeps the behind-the-scenes of H & E Heavy Truck Ltd running smoothly |
Our Staff
Dwayne Lead 310T Technician Dwayne joined H&E Heavy Truck Ltd. in the fall of 2022. He is a licensed 310T Technician with over 15 years of experience. As our point person for the shop, Dwayne coordinates our customer service, maintenance and repair requests. Working on trucks and diesel engines is his main passion, which lead him to become a 310T Diesel Technician. In Dwayne’s spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. |
Jason 310T Technician Jason joined H&E Heavy Truck Ltd in the spring of 2023. He graduated and obtained his 310T Certification in 2020 and has been working on small engines alongside his dad for most of his life. This experience has excelled his knowledge in small engine repair and general mechanics. In addition to working in heavy truck repair, Jason is also working towards completing his Firefighter training and is currently volunteering at the local fire service. When the workday is done, Jason also enjoys working on & riding seadoos and snowmobiles, spending time fishing and riding horses as well. |
Wes 310T Technician Wes has been with H&E Heavy Truck Ltd since opening in 2019. He is currently in process of becoming licensed for 310T Technician, but has been working on engines and vehicles, big and small, most of his life. Wes enjoys spending his time in the garage rebuilding old classic cars and working on current vehicles as well with his father and grandfather. Other hobbies and passions include snowmobiling and atv-ing. |
Jaden apprentice Jaden joined H&E Heavy Truck Ltd in the spring of 2021. He is currently enrolled in the 310T apprentiship program, working towards his 310T Technician license. He enjoys working on heavy trucks, but his true passion is Fire Fighting. He has recently graduated from the Fire Fighter program in 2023 and is now also a local volunteer Fire Fighter as well. |
Travis apprentice Tavis joined H&E Heavy Truck Ltd. in 2023. Travis became interested in earning his 310T License after working in the shop environment while helping other technicians. He loves the satisfaction of repairing heavy trucks, and starting his apprenticeship is the next step in working towards his goal of becoming a Licensed Technician. Travis really enjoys the team environment at H&E Heavy Truck Ltd, and finds it a supportive and an amazing place to learn and grow as a Technician. Other hobbies Travis enjoys include hockey and snowboarding. |
John Student apprentice John joined H&E Heavy Truck Ltd in 2024 as a start up apprentice. He is eagerly working towards starting his apprenticeship for 310T Technician. John Enjoys Hockey and Golfing in his downtime. |
Renee
Office administrator
Renee joined our team in spring of 2022.
Working in the Service Advisor role for many years in Automotive, Ag and now Heavy Truck, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the profession.
She also has a background in Business and Office Administration with a wide variety of skills to get the job done. She manages the day-to-day functions of the business; keeping things organized and running smoothly.
